Shipping
Ready pieces dispatch within 3 working days and reach most Indian cities in 4–7 days. Made-to-measure and wedding orders take 3–5 weeks; we confirm the timeline on WhatsApp before starting.
Alterations
Every purchase includes one free alteration at any of our stores within 30 days. Wedding orders include two fittings as standard.
Returns & exchanges
Unworn, untailored pieces can be exchanged within 14 days of delivery with the original tags. Made-to-measure and altered pieces cannot be returned.
Payments
Orders are placed as enquiries. We confirm sizing and availability first, then share a secure payment link or accept payment in store.
Privacy
We store only the details needed to fulfil your order — name, phone, city and order history. We never sell or share your data with third parties.
